2005
The year of the company's foundation. For the first few years, the company operated in the field of wholesale trade of cargo and construction equipment from world manufacturers Cukurova, Katmerciler, Hyundai, Doosan and their service on the territory of Turkmenistan.
2008

The company became one of the first private companies in Turkmenistan for the production of cotton yarn.

The beginning of construction of the first food alcohol production plant in Turkmenistan with a capacity of 1.200.000 decaliters per year.
